Point and Click Media is a web site design and development company. All the content you'll find on pointandclickmedia.com is owned by the company -This includes logos, graphics (site design) and images.

Once an order is placed with Point and Click Media, you concur that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions below.

• Any work done by Point and Click Media for any client, unless mutually agreed, will be copyright of Point and Click Media and should not be commercially reproduced or resold without the knowledge and permission of Point and Click Media.
• Point and Click Media cannot be held liable for copyright violations caused by materials and content submitted by the client.
• Point and Click Media will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to any of our projects or services.
  

All work must follow a work-flow schedule. Actual time of delivery varies upon jobs.

Advertising websites require a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining money must be paid in full upon completion of work.

Print advertising must be prepaid in full before final work is submitted to the printing company. Point and Click Media is not a printing company, therefore our print work is our-sourced. Please request proofs, if needed, and be sure the job is exactly what you want. There is no deposit required for print-proofs. Refunds may be available through the printing company for work that is not satisfactory. Point and Click Media does not refund money for work performed by outsourced companies.

Invoices and statements are due upon receipt. Unpaid invoices or statement past 30 days late will result in work being held until payment is received and a late fee of $35 will be applied to the invoice or statement. Unpaid invoices or statements past 60 days late will result in additional late fees, online websites being shut off and notice that your account will be turned over to a collection agency if not paid immediately.

Pre-payment is required for new accounts, accounts with frequent delinquency, accounts that are going-out-of-business, accounts that have filed for any chapter of bankruptcy, or for any other reason we feel it would be in our best interest to collect pre-payment.

Point and Click Media is primarily a web design and development company. We are able to provide basic web hosting. Hosting packages include limited online file storage and email accounts. If your website is hosted with Point and Click Media and we feel you are exceeding file storage, email, bandwidth or for any other reason feel your are exceeding our capabilities as your web host provider, we will recommend a compatible web hosting company for your needs. There are no refunds for web hosting.

Point and Click Media offers search engine optimization, but does not and cannot guarantee results and/or placement on search engines. Search engines are their own separate companies.

Point and Click Media owns all copyrights to the work produced until it is paid in full, than released to the customer. We reserve the right to prosecute for copyright infringement for any unpaid work.

A $35.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks. Checks wrote on insufficient funds, bad or closed accounts, or any other reason the money is not available will be prosecuted with a District Magistrate.

Do not submit any payment unless you are satisfied with work. All payments and money received are non-refundable.

There is no written, verbal, and/or implied guarantee or warranty on our work. Point and Click Media is confident the services offered are above industry standards and will provide references upon request.

We are able to provide you with guidance for description and keywords for search engines, but in no way make any written, verbal or applied guarantee on where your site will be ranked.

Point and Click Media reserves the right to refuse work for any reason.

Point and Click Media shall not be held responsible for any content found on our customers websites or marketing materials Point and Click Media is not responsible for the products, descriptions, pricing or payments (including security) found on our customers websites. All customers of Point and Click Media agree to research and abide by all laws pertaining to their business practice and industry. Point and Click Media cannot be held responsible for any part of our customers business.
