Sales Policy
Point and Click Media LLC provides quality graphic design and marketing services. When purchasing from us, please ask any questions or ask us to explain services in detail before making a deposit or payment. All monies collected are non-refundable. If you sign-up for a time-period plan, breaking that plan before it expires does not entitle a refund for the remaining period. Point and Click Media buys services based on the needs your plan requires. We must continue to pay for those services, even if you dispose of your plan before it expires.

Payments
Point and Click Media accepts business and personal checks, money orders, PayPal and credit cards through PayPal. Payment processing may be delayed up to 10 days on bank checks.

Past Due Payments
Point and Click Media requires you to make payments on-time. Late payments may be subject to late-fees being posted on your account. In the event you are unable to make a payment, please contact us to see if we can work out a plan that will help you.

Returned Check Fee
Point and Click Media charges a $45 fee for any check or payment returned from a bank or credit card. Immediate payment of the invoice will be required along with the fee.

Printing and Signage
Print and signage products require prepayment. A proof will be provided before your project is printed or manufactured. If you approve a proof and later find that you made an error, it is not the responsibility of Point and Click Media to pay for your error. If the final product is delivered with print or manufacturing problems, replacements or refunds may be available from the printing company or manufacturer of the product. Point and Click Media cannot refund errors that are not our fault.

Search Engines
Our web systems offer search engine optimization geared to getting you better search results. Point and Click Media cannot guarantee placement on such search engine sites. We believe our features greatly enhance your chances of ranking higher, however search engines are seperate companies, not owned or part of Point and Click Media. Be cautious of any private company that "claims" they will guarantee or warrant results. Point and Click Media will always give our honest effort to achieve maximum results and has a proven record of success.
